Are there any negative side effects? There are no known long-term side effects. Too many Trimwells can make you feel jittery, nervous, and if taken too late may keep you awake. Thses actions should not be harmful, but do indicate that you taking too many. Reduce the amount you are taking until your system adjusts, and then you should be able to take more later to without side effects. If they keep you awake don't take them after 3pm.
What will I notice first? Probably the first noticeable loss is the deposits of cellulite. Inches should melt off the thighs, waist, back of arms and under the chin. Breast size for a woman generally will not diminish much.
Is the weight loss long term? Your body may be heading for a permanent change and it is recommended that you DO NOT DIET becuase dieting slows down your metabolism. You can and should eat sensibly and still loose weight and then continue to eat normally for the rest of your life without gaining your weight back. After you reach your weight loss goal, you should be able to reduce your intake of Trimwell to a maintenance level.
Do I have to diet or exercise? Yes and no, but most people loose weight initially without diet or exercise. These products however are not magic, and excessive and improper eating can render them ineffective. Proper nutrition and moderate exercise should increase the effectiveness of Trimwell. Caffine, tea, alcohol, soft drinks (including diet drinks), sugar and junk food are all harmful to your body and may slow down the results of Trimwll.
