As you may be aware there have been some severe weather conditions in Manchester and due to this the NSI mail order lines were unable to open on Tuesday 5th January 2010. The mail order line 0500 131 009 is now open again for orders/enquires but we are awaiting news from our couriers to let us know when deliveries will be back to normal, but at the moment we are unable to guarantee next day delivery.

If you placed your order online on Monday or Tuesday your parcels are being dispatched today but may take longer than next day to be delivered.

Our Salford cash & carry is open but the opening hours may be reduced if you are going to the cash & carry please call 0161 925 0647 before you leave to make sure it is still open.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. We will let you know as soon as delivery and opening hours are back to normal. You can still place your order online and we will endeavor to deliver your parcels as soon as possible.
