Customer Update May 2020

COMPANY UPDATE:

Order Processing & Deliveries

We are currently operating with reduced staff at our headoffice and warehouse and due to this and in-house safety guidelines we are unable to guarantee orders placed before 1pm for same day dispatch. Order processing for standard orders is currently taking 1-2 working days, if Next Day Delivery is selected at the checkout, orders will arrive the next working day after dispatch. If your order contains a college kit, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Orders are now being dispatched Monday to Friday.

Contactless Click & Collect

After careful consideration and following assessments to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we have now started to offer a Click and Collect service at our Manchester cash and carry available Monday to Friday. (The store will remain closed on Sundays).

Orders must be placed online or by phone and be prepaid by card.

When ordering online please select Click and Collect as delivery method. For collection the same day, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday or 11am on Fridays. Orders placed after this time will be ready the next working day. 

When your order is packed and ready, we will call or text you to arrange collection. Please do not come to the store unless your collection has been arranged.

Once you arrive in our car park please stay in your vehicle and call us so we can place your order at the collection point, you can then follow the onsite social distancing signs to collect your order safely.

If you are unable to collect after arranging a collection or if you want to add to an order that has been placed please contact as soon as possible on 0800 8818469.

Training Courses

Unfortunately we have had to cancel all our courses until further notice. If you have recently booked onto a course or have already started your course with us, we will be in touch as soon as possible with rescheduled dates.

Our freephone line is still in use if you have any questions or queries - 0800 881 8469 and our live chat facility and Facebook messenger is also still in use, response times may be delayed as we are working operating on skeletal staff but we will try to get back to you as quickly as possible.

Registering is easy!

Whether you are new to NSI or an existing customer, if this is your first time visiting the new NSI website you will need to register before accessing the online store.

Watch our 'How To' video or follow the simple steps below to create your online account.

1. Click 'register' at the top right of the home page.

2. Input your contact details

3. Which account type?

If you are a qualified technician, please sign up with a Professional account

If you are a student, please sign up to a student account

If you are a Training School or NSI product distributor, please sign up as so

4. When prompted, please upload an image of your certificate, insurance certificate or proof of enrollement (students).

5. Once completed, enter your details

6. Your account will be activated within 48 hours.

Welcome to our brand new website!

We know it's been a while in the pipeline and we can't thank our customers enough for their continued patience and loyalty while we got things right.

So what's new?

This site has been designed with you in mind, we know you don't always have the time to browse for what you need so QuickShop will allow you to quickly add the products you need and order frequently, straight into your basket. Our updated checkout allows you to store your details and you can add multiple shipping addresses to your address book, great if you have more than one salon!

For those of you that love to spend time browsing we've made our store easier to navigate, you can filter your searches by colour so you can compare shades and see everything's that on offer. Use our Wish List feature to save the products you like and when you're ready to order you can add them to your basket with the push of a button.

Your new online account will enable you to manage your details, view your previous orders and reorder your most frequent products.

NSI strive to offer you the best customer service and experience, our new Live Chat facility allows you to speak to one our team directly if you don't have time to call. Our chat will be available Monday to Friday during our normal working hours.

Our online store is fully integrated with our order processing and stock managing software. The benefit of this integration is that our online stock is managed in real time, if something is out of stock you can request a email the minute it arrives back in our warehouse.

The site may be live but the development of it doesn't stop there, behind the scenes we're working on more exciting features which we can't wait to bring you. We're also open to your ideas!
