Facial Course

THE COURSE

This 4 day Facial course is designed for the amateur to develop their skills. The course has been carefully constructed to provide you with the right mix of both practical skills and knowledge, which will enable you to progress in your career as a facial therapist. The course is split into three dasy theory and practical, one week apart and then the fourth day a practial and written assessment. 

THE REQUIREMENTS

No experience or qualifications are needed as full anatomy and physiology is covered. Students must be dresses in salon wear with long hair tied back. Students will be working on each other for days 1, 2, 3 but will be required to bring a model for day 4. 

THE CONTENT

• Skin analysis, terminology, and skin types.
• Client Consulation
• Superficial & Deep Cleanse procedure. 
• How to perform a selection of facials
• Product knowledge 
• Full demonstration of techniques
• Hands on practical 
• Completion of four case studies on specific clients 
• Face, neck and shoulder massage 
• How to perform a selection of facials using different masks
• Full facial and massage routine 
• Practical assessment & written paper (Day 4 only)
• Opportunity for discussion, case studies and feedback

PRICE INCLUDES

Facial Training manual and a Pharmagel Facial Kit. Upon successful completion a certificate will be awarded. (This course is NVQ level 2 equivalent).

DURATION

This is a four days course which runs from:

Day 1: 10am - 4.30pm

Day 2: 10am - 4.30pm

Day 3: 10am - 4.30pm

Day 4: 10am - 1.30pm
