We're reopening! 

We have some good news! Following the government announcement of lockdown restrictions being lifted from 2nd December, our Cash & Carry and Training Academy will be back open. 

Our Manchester Cash & Carry store will open from Wednesday 2nd at 8:30am. Now you can finally shop your favourite NSI products in-store. We are still implementing measures in-store to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Please refer to our opening times below: 

Cash & Carry Opening Hours: 

Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 5pm)

Friday - (8:30am - 1pm) 

Saturday & Sunday - CLOSED 

Click & Collect is still available so if you would prefer to pick up your order you can do so. You can choose this option when you checkout online or over the phone. Once your order has been placed, we will call you to let you know when your order is ready for collection. 

Courses at our Training Academy will be operating as normal during December with a limited capacity for each course. Please wear a face mask when attending our Training Academy. Make the most of 2020 and book a course today.

There is nothing more scary than buying products which result in nail damage or a severe allergy. There has recently been an increase in allergies and what has been found is that ingredients listed on the safety data sheets are not matching what is in the bottle. There are many counterfeit products and white label products listed on eBay. We want to make you aware that we don’t sell any products on eBay and only distribute to reputable and genuine wholesalers. We want to make you aware of how important it is for you to consider whether the wholesaler you are purchasing from are selling genuine products. 

We have always been at the forefront of researching, developing and manufacturing innovative monomers, polymers, oligomers and many other enhancement products for the professional nail industry. 1963 marked the beginning for us in the development and research of projects aimed at making the best, most user-friendly professional only nail extension products. We were the first to develop non-yellowing, cross linked formulations which are used in all traditional acrylic systems today. 

To ensure quality control, all of our products are thoroughly tested and batch numbered. If a customer experiences a problem, it can be tracked and we can efficiently find out the source of the problem. Most of our products have a 12 month shelf life and SDS sheets are available at any time. The formulas for our products have been created in a way which takes into account both the lab and nail technician perspectives of use. Other companies are outsourcing, whereas we are in control of the entire operations and manufacturing process in house. From packaging, shipping as well as the beginning steps of testing, developing and researching. All of our products are manufactured by our own chemists in our own facility in the USA.

Company Update:

Unfortunately, following the recent government announcement that England will be entering lockdown from Thursday 5th November, our Manchester Cash & Carry will be closing on Wednesday 4th November at 5pm. Our training academy will be closed until further notice. We will be continuing to operate our Click & Collect and mail order services as usual. Our office hours will remain 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 1pm on Fridays.

Order Processing & Deliveries

We are currently operating with reduced staff at our headoffice and warehouse and due to this and in-house safety guidelines we are unable to guarantee orders placed before 1pm for same day dispatch. Order processing for standard orders is currently taking 1-2 working days, if Next Day Delivery is selected at the checkout, orders will arrive the next working day after dispatch. If your order contains a college kit, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Orders are now being dispatched Monday to Friday.

Contactless Click & Collect

After careful consideration and following assessments to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we have now started to offer a Click and Collect service at our Manchester cash and carry available Monday to Friday. (The store will remain closed on Sundays).

Orders must be placed online or by phone and be prepaid by card.

When ordering online please select Click and Collect as delivery method. For collection the same day, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday or 11am on Fridays. Orders placed after this time will be ready the next working day. 

When your order is packed and ready, we will call or text you to arrange collection. Please do not come to the store unless your collection has been arranged.

Once you arrive in our car park please stay in your vehicle and call us so we can place your order at the collection point, you can then follow the onsite social distancing signs to collect your order safely.

If you are unable to collect after arranging a collection or if you want to add to an order that has been placed please contact as soon as possible on 0800 8818469.

Unfortunately we have had to cancel all our courses until further notice. If you have recently booked onto a course or have already started your course with us, we will be in touch as soon as possible with rescheduled dates.
