1/ Payment
All values of currency on this site are in Great British Pounds (GBP£)
Payment is taken over a secure connection and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web.
We accept all major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo. (Uses 128 Bit encryption via PROTX, Lloyds TSB CARDNET services)
We do not accept Credit Cards via Paypal or NoChex
It is a condition of sale that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from NSI (UK) Ltd until full payment has been received in full
Once your order is received and payment has been accepted, we will send you confirmation email, which will contain a unique order number, if you don't receive this e-mail within 12 hours of placing your order please contact us on freephone 0800 881 8469 or by email admin@nsinails.co.uk and we will confirm your transaction.
NSI (UK) LTD do not store any credit card information and all credit card payments are handled by Protx. When you are entering sensitive information in the shopping cart area of this site you can click on the padlock on the status bar to check the certificate of the site(Uses 128 Bit Encryption).
2/ VAT
All the prices exclude VAT and are shown in Great British Pounds (GBP£)
The VAT will be added automatically to the items in your shopping basket.
Once at the checkout the full amount of VAT you are being charged will be shown.
If you are entitled to claim back the VAT you can find our VAT number is provided on
your invoice when you receive it.
3/ Postage Charges
Post and packing is charged at £7.50 and is subject to VAT.
There is free postage and packing on orders over the value of £45.00 net total.
This offer applies to orders delivered to the UK mainland only (excluding the Scottish Highlands).
Orders sent to addresses outside the UK Mainland or to the Scottish Highlands are subject to courier charges which are based on the size and weight of the parcel. You will be contacted by our customer service with a quote for delivery.
Postage rates are subject to change without prior notice.
4/ Delivery Times
All orders are sent on a next working day delivery service. To ensure your order is delivered the next working day, please orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday or before 10am on Friday.
For orders containing products considered to by hazardous parcels will be sent using Interlink Courier services and will generally be delivered the next working day. For orders containing non-hazardous products parcels will be sent using Royal Mail and will generally be delivered before 2pm. Both delivery services require parcels to be signed for.
Orders that exceed 10KG will be sent via Interlink Courier services. We are subject to the terms and conditions and prices of both services.
*Please note, we cannot guarantee next day delivery whilst 'Free Delivery' offers are running.
5/ Ordering Online
If you are placing your first order with NSI (UK) Ltd via the website we may contact you and your order may be subject to a security check please allow 48 hour for delivery. Online placed for delivery. Please ensure a valid telephone number is provided with your order if we do need to contact you and no valid number is supplied the order will not be despatched until contact is made with the buyer.
Website users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their online account of their online account and login security. NSI (UK) Ltd reserves the right to terminate accounts or cancel orders. The buyer will not be charged for orders cancelled by NSI (UK) Ltd.
NSI (UK) Ltd reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at anytime.
All content on the website is the property of NSI (UK) Ltd and may not be copied, used or extracted without written consent from NSI (UK) Ltd, no part of the NSI website may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commerical purpose without prior consent NSI (UK) Ltd.
6/ Force Majeure
The seller shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond it's control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to delivery by supplier or courier.
7/ Backorders
Goods are subject to availability and any item, which is out of stock but where payment has been received, will be sent as soon as the item becomes available. If you are not happy with the backorder and would like to cancel or have a replacement we will do this for you.
8/ Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be in writing either by fax or email.
Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been despatched a fee of 5% will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of administration and Credit Card processing fees.
9/ Claims for shortages or damaged goods
All goods received must be inspected on delivery and claims for shortages must be made with 24 hours.
In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will offer to replace these goods at no extra charge, or we will offer a full refund. The faulty goods must be returned before a replacement is sent to enable us to claim off our supplier or couriers.
Faulty goods must be reported to NSI within 5 working days. If we are not informed within this period a refund will not be given.
If returning faulty goods customers should inform us by email prior to returning the goods, you will then receive a reference number, which must be sent, with your parcel.
If your parcel is damaged upon delivery you are covered by postal insurance and you are advised not to sign for the parcel and to contact us as soon as possible for us to claim for the damaged items and resend your parcel. Any parcels that are refused a signature will be returned to us.
All electrical goods bought from NSI UK include a 6 month warranty.
10/ Returns
Goods are not offered on a sales or return basis. If goods have been recieved in error, a returns authorisation must be requested and quoted with all returns and returned within 14 days of purchase.
We will only accept products back on the condition that the product(s) being returned are in perfect condition for re-sale. Please note there will be a 12% handling charge on returns that aren't faulty or received in error.
We will not accept goods that have been used, opened and packages that seem to have been deliberately damaged or tampered with in any way.
11/ Cancellations
Cancellations must be given in writing stating the order number and returns reference and must comply with the conditions below.
Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of the cancellation. You are responsible for the safe return of the cancelled product(s) and any postage charges that are incurred.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the returned product(s) being received.
12/ General Terms
Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. NSI (UK) Ltd accepts no responsibility for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing equipment supplied by NSI (UK) Ltd. Colour swatches are as close as possible to the original product but please be aware some colours vary do to monitor display's.
NSI reserves the right to suspend accounts and cancel orders for the following:
1, If the buyer is unable to provide proof of a relevant and recognized qualification.
2, The buyer is found to be selling products through buy/sell websites, social media or third party websites.
NSI only permits the selling on of NSI products through authorized distributors. Any unauthorized person(s) found to be selling NSI products will have their account and any linked accounts suspended with immediate affect.
13/ Trade Only
NSI (UK) Ltd offers products strictly to trade users only and does not sell directly to the general public. All sales made by NSI (UK) Ltd are to trade users only and NSI (UK) Ltd reserves the right to request details of Qualifications at anytime.
By placing your order with NSI (UK) Ltd you are confirming that you are not a consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the purposes of the Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use. You are also confirming that you have the required qualifications and insurance to use the products and equipment purchased from the seller.
14/ Special Offers
Special offers on this site are available to online orders only and cannot be used in-conjunction with any online discount which may be available at the time. Offers and discounts are not available on orders placed for course bookings and/or college kits. Offers which include a free gift item are only available on a one per account basis, subsequent orders placed within the offer period will not include the item specified. All offers are subject to availability.
15/ NSI Reward Points
NSI Reward Points are only issued on orders placed directly through NSI (UK) Ltd either by mailorder, on the NSI UK website or in the NSI Cash and Carry in Manchester.
Points are rewarded for every £50.00 net that is spent, each point is worth £1.00 net. Reward points are only issued on orders paid in full. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Points can be redeemed against product purchases or training with NSI (UK) Ltd. Unclaimed Reward Points on accounts which have been dormant for 18 months or longer will be cancelled. In the event of an account being formally closed all Reward Points which have been accrued but not redeemed will be cancelled. Credits due to cancelled orders, backorders or returned goods will reduce your reward points if points were originally awarded on those items.
Reward Points are not available to college groups or bulk buying groups who are already in receipt of discounts on purchases. Reward Cards are non-transferable and can only be used on the account specified on the card.
Points can be redeemed by sending your reward card through secure post to:
NSI UK Ltd James Nasmyth Way Eccles Manchester M30 0SF or by calling into the NSI Cash and Carry in Manchester. Reward Cards are the responsibility of the account holder/buyer and will not be replaced if losted, if returning your card through the mail it is recommended that it is sent via a service that is traceable.
NSI reserve the right to discontinue, any part of the reward scheme without prior notice.
16/ NSI Price Promise
Any price match is subject to the following conditions: The item must be being sold through a genuine trader or wholesale store. The product must be identical in specification (i.e: size, brand, colour). The product must be UK sourced and physically in stock for delivery within 48 hours. If you buy an item from NSI (UK) Ltd and find it cheaper anywhere else send us your proof of purchase, all the information will check the competitors price and conditions and refund the difference if appropriate. Additional charges such as delivery will be taken into account.
Although we endeaver to match the price, the price will not be matched in the following circumstances:
If the item is on short term (less than 1 month) promotional offer or subject to offer discount. If the price is only available to certain customers should as individual fixed discounts. If the item is being sold through home shopping channels, online auction sites or online only stores.
17/ Legal Disclaimer
This is a UK site, and the laws of the United Kingdom govern any contract made by a user of this site. You hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. All prices on this site are exclusive of VAT. All transactions on this site are made in the currency of the GBP (£)
18/ Unsolicited Email
NSI UK will not contact you unless:
You have consented to do so when you ordered your goods. You have the option to agree or disagree to further reasonable communication from NSI on the order form.
You have subscribed to receive information regarding new products and special offers. You can unsubscribe to this service by clicking the link on the newsletter at anytime.

20/ Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam)
We will give you the chance to unsubscribe to any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

- credit/debit card details (when ordering)
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
