We know this year hasn’t been without challenges: Some of our most-loved lines sold out faster than expected, and whilst we are still awaiting some of them, we truly appreciate your patience while we work hard to replenish. As our NSI stock comes directly from the USA, there are times when shipping and production timelines take a little longer than we’d like — but please know we are constantly pushing behind the scenes to secure stock as quickly as possible. Your understanding genuinely means a lot to us, and it motivates us to keep strengthening our supply chain so you always have the products you depend on.

The Launch of ROXI
This year marked one of our biggest moments to date: the launch of our sister brand, ROXI. We created ROXI to offer a modern, luxurious system for gel polish and builder gel users (with more on the way) — and your response exceeded every expectation. From the launch event to your social posts, first impressions, and early reviews, your enthusiasm has helped ROXI take its first steps with confidence. We’re incredibly proud of this new chapter and grateful that you’re embracing it with us.
A Special Thank You to Our Advocates
We also want to give a heartfelt thank you to our advocates who continue to champion our brands throughout the year. Your loyalty, creativity, and professionalism play such an important role in our community. In particular, we want to recognise Sarah Thompson and Hayley Shepley, who join us at NSI HQ for dedicated content days. Their talent, artistry, and enthusiasm brought our products to life in the most inspiring way, and we’re incredibly grateful for the time and passion they continue share with us.
