Full and proper prepping of the natural nail has always been an essential but with HEMA-free formulas, priming the nail prior to application of gel is more crucial then ever to ensure long-lasting results for your clients.
HEMA was traditionally used as an adhesive within nail enhancement products to help the product adhere to the natural nail plate, without this and without following the full prep system your product retention can suffer.

The products:
ROXI Cleanse: A high alcohol, antimicrobial solution to santise hands, nails, workstations and equipment to help prevent infection. Degreases the nail plate for better adhesion.
ROXI Dehydrator: Cleanses & dehydrates the natural nail, balancing the pH and creating the perfect foundation.
ROXI Primer: Removes the remaining oils and moisture from the nail plate and creates a double-sided adhesive layer which bonds the product to the natural nail more effectively, reducing the chances of lifting.
• Acid-Free Primer: Perfect for clients with sensitive nail beds, offering a gentler alternative without compromising quality.
• Acid Based Primer: For clients who are prone to lifting due and need stronger adhesion, our acid based ROXI Primer is the one for them.
The flawless method:
Sanitize: Thoroughly cleanse hands, tools, and workspace with Roxi Cleanse to ensure hygiene.
Prep the Nails: Shape the free edge, push back the cuticles, and remove non-living tissue.
File and Etch: Lightly etch the nail's surface with a Roxi file, following its contour and the direction of nail growth. Remove any dust before proceeding.
Dehydrate: Use the Roxi Dehydrator to eliminate moisture and oils from the natural nail plate. Allow it to dry completely.
Prime: After shaking the primer bottle, remove the brush and wipe off excess product along the bottle's edge. Apply a thin layer evenly on all the nails. Allow the primer to dry for one minute; the nails will not appear chalky white.
