Create Lip Gloss Nails

Lip Gloss nails are this season must have on-trend style and we are in love! Sported by J-Lo for the premiere of her new movie – Shotgun Wedding. Her manicurist Tom Bachik created the nude “barely there” look with heaps of glossy shine to complete the stunning, elegant set. Are you ready to create TikTok’s biggest manicure trend?

Nails and step by step by Jenny Louise.

To recreate this super shiny ‘Lip Gloss’ look, use NSI Hema-Free Balance Elite Gel Pretty in Pink for your nude base and NSI Essential Seal for your lashings of glossy finish! Follow the step by step below to nail this on trend look.

  1. Prep, prep & more prep! This is your main step to a long lasting, durable manicure! Push cuticles back and trim any excess leaving the nail looking fresh and tidy.
  2. Gently etch the natural nail to remove the shine with a 180gt NSI Dura file & remove dust with a Lush Brush.
  3. If extending apply nail tips at this point.
  4. Apply NSI Nail Pure Plus to a nail wipe to dehydrate the natural nails, squeak the nail plate surface clean remembering to get down the side walls.
  5. Using NSI Essential Bond, apply a layer to each natural nail.
  6. Apply a thin, even layer of NSI Essential Base Coat and cure in the NSI Dual Cure LED Lamp for 30 seconds or UV for 2 minutes.
  7. Using the NSI Balance Elite Pretty in Pink apply a thin layer and cure for 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV, before applying your second builder layer and cure again.
  8. Wipe the tacky residual layer off with the NSI Cleanse and buff to shape, removing any excess dust with your Lush Brush.
  9. Apply the NSI Essential Seal and cure in the lamp.
  10. Wipe the residual layer with cleanse for the perfect finished look!
