Color Touch Developer

This high quality, water-based emulsion has been specially designed as a developer for Wella Color Touch semi-permanent hair colours. Use it in a ratio of 1 part colour to 2 parts emulsion. Its smooth, creamy consistency gives it excellent mixing properties and makes it so easy to apply the colour. Color Touch Emulsion is available in 2 strengths:1.9% or 4%, in either 500ml or 1 litre bottles.
